Following his successful appearance at the Wirksworth Festival, Sean Woodward is to appear at Chesterfield Arts & Market Festival, reading from his poetry. The sixth Chesterfield Arts & Market Festival brings a whole host of new events as well as favourites such as the CAMRA Market Beer Festival and the Garden of Light. Chandlers Bar, 29th October 2009, 1-3pm. Admission Free.

Sean Woodward has close ties with Derbyshire and the Peak District, whose landscape infuses much of his writing.
Sean Woodward is to appear for the second time at Wirksworth Festival, reading from his poetry. The Wirksworth Festival is sixteen days of contemporary visual art and performance with two unmissable highlight weekends of the Art & Architecture Trail on 12 -13 September and the Contemporary Art Focus on 19 – 20 September.

Sean Woodward has close ties with the market town on the edge of the Peak District. As the Art Director for the British Association Of Myasthenics he designed and directed the production of several Crown Yard well-dressings during the 1980s.
